Thanks to you, we officially exceeded our goal of $175,000... and have raised over $1.5 million dollars over the last ten years of Days of Giving.

  • What is Day of Giving?

    Our 10th Annual Day of Giving is a giving campaign to celebrate all the ways Alpha Phi has impacted your life. It’s a day to honor the friendships, experiences, and memories made in the springtime of your youth, and to pay it forward to the next generation of Alpha Phi leaders and scholars. It’s a day for every sister, family member, and friend to be involved and show their love for Alpha Phi. It’s a day where every gift makes a difference.


    Join us as we celebrate Alpha Phi's high ideal of generosity and honor 153 years of this rich sisterhood. 

  • When should I give?

    Day of Giving is October 9, 2024.


    Join us for 24-hours of generosity on 10.09.2024! 


    If you prefer to make your gift over the phone, please call 847.475.4532. If you prefer to write a check, please make the check payable to Alpha Phi Foundation, include Day of Giving 2024 in the memo line, and mail to Alpha Phi Foundation at PO Box 7410667 Chicago, IL 60674-0667.

  • Where is my gift designated?

    This year, we have the opportunity to raise funds for our funding priorities, along with area of greatest need. 


    Thank you for helping fund our priorities of heart health, assistance grants, scholarships, leadership, and heritage!

  • Can I give on behalf of multiple chapters in a single gift?

    With each gift, donors may select a chapter to give on behalf of. Your gift amount will count towards the chapter leaderboard. If you wish to give on behalf of multiple chapters, please consider making multiple gifts.


    Please note, this does NOT mean that your gift will be GIVEN to the chapter designated, unless there is a chapter-specific fund in which the Foundation is assisting in fundraising for. 

  • Is my gift tax-deductible?

    Absolutely! Alpha Phi Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible.

  • My employer offers a gift matching program. Are gifts on Day of Giving eligible?

    Absolutely! Matching gifts made by your employer are a great way to make your generosity go the extra mile. 


    To make a matching gift, please contact your employer’s HR department or fill out the "Double the Donation" section within checkout for Day of Giving. 

  • Will I receive a receipt?

    Yes! After you make your online gift, you will receive a confirmation email that can be used for tax purposes. If you give via phone or mail, your receipt will be sent in the mail.

  • What if I have a question about my gift?

    Alpha Phi Foundation staff will be available during Day of Giving—all 24 hours! If you have questions, please contact us at 847.475.4532 or info@alphaphifoundation.org.
