Thank you, from the bottom of our heart, for leading with Alpha Phi during this year’s Leadership Day of Giving. Over $160,000 and 680 gifts (and counting!) were made from 47 states and Canada!

Through the generosity of sisters, family, friends, and volunteers, not only did we shatter our initial goal of $125,000, we also surpassed our stretch goal of $151,000, set in honor of celebrating the 151st anniversary of our sisterhood.

We are so grateful for everyone who volunteered their time, resources, and passion to this day of impact. Thanks to you, we will continue to support the Fraternity’s empowering leadership programming, while fostering a rewarding lifelong Alpha Phi experience for our members!

  • What is Leadership Day of Giving?

    Leadership Day of Giving 2023 is Alpha Phi Foundation’s eightth annual day of giving. This is a membership-wide effort to inspire collegiate and alumnae members, as well as family and friends of Alpha Phi, to support Alpha Phi Foundation’s mission of advancing the lives of women by funding cutting-edge leadership training programs. 

  • When should I give?

    Leadership Day of Giving is September 27, 2023.


    Join us for 24-hours of generosity on 09.27.2023! 


    If you prefer to make your gift over the phone, please call 847.475.4532. If you prefer to write a check, please make the check payable to Alpha Phi Foundation, date the check September 27, 2023, include Leadership Day of Giving in the memo line, and mail to Alpha Phi Foundation at PO Box 7410667 Chicago, IL 60674-0667.

  • Where is my gift designated?

    Gifts on Leadership Day of Giving are designated to various leadership training programs. Alpha Phi Fraternity utilizes proven industry experts and partnerships with emerging companies to deliver cutting-edge programmatic experiences. Alpha Phi focuses on topics relevant to today's collegiate experience that speak to the diverse learning styles of Gen Z. Using a multi-faceted approach, programs are selected to supplement the educational opportunities provided by the member’s host institution. Alpha Phi is committed to bringing her members the best. 

  • Can I give on behalf of multiple chapters in a single gift?

    With each gift, donors may select a chapter to give on behalf of. Your gift amount will count towards the chapter leaderboard. If you wish to give on behalf of multiple chapters, please consider making multiple gifts.


    Please note, this does NOT mean that your gift will be GIVEN to the chapter designated.

  • Is my gift tax-deductible?

    Absolutely! Alpha Phi Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible.

  • My employer offers a gift matching program. Are gifts on Leadership Day of Giving eligible?

    Absolutely! Matching gifts made by your employer are a great way to make your generosity go the extra mile. To make a matching gift, please contact your employer’s HR department.

  • Will I receive a receipt?

    Yes! After you make your online gift, you will receive a confirmation email that can be used for tax purposes. If you give via phone or mail, your receipt will be sent in the mail.

  • What if I have a question about my gift?

    Alpha Phi Foundation staff will be available during Leadership Day of Giving—all 24 hours! If you have questions, please contact us at 847.475.4532 or info@alphaphifoundation.org.
